Urgent parcels /documents - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Good day.

I hope you are serious about this.i am very dismayed and disappointed with your service in sending parcels. Last monday september 21,2020 i ask my friend to do a special favor to sent my parcels within the day so that i will have it received within 3 days or so the max is 7 days. But then today sept 24 i called LBC telling me that as per your mandate all parcels will pass through RORO. HOW IMPOSSIBLE YOUR COMPANY BE??? It only shows how imcompetent your service is.parcels and documents shouldnt be board on ship.it should be through freight commonly by your instinct it means those are important docs. Your company is very misleading to your ad signs.
I have a big transaction that is why i was not expecting that this will take for 14days and your customer service will tell me you dont even know what ship it is. Very dismayed courier.
Your company sucks!!!!
