We are constantly being disconnected even when we are paying our MRF due to wrong computation of our first bill. May we request you to reconcile our account and make an adjustment please. May we know why you started billing us for October 2020 when we only get activated and started using the service dated 12/16/2020? Fyi Our first bill should only be composed of prorated charges and advance billing. Kindly resolve this issue as we are very inclined to fix this - also provide us a timeline, we no longer have much patience to wait - it's so hard to contact your customer service if you have any. Thanks
