Difficulty in transfering my account - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Converge ICT Solutions Inc.I've been trying to transfer my account from Makati to Los Banos and it's been 3 months already. I tried contacting converge's laguna branch but the phone number is always unattended. I tried reaching out via Facebook chat but they are asking me to go to their branch to process the transfer. Which is very difficult due to the pandemic and the office is too far away. They aren't even giving any other solution. I have been paying for the service without fail, but haven't even used it since the pandemic. We left Makati last march and already move out since august. Your customer service really disappointing. halfway from the call, the line gets cut and most of the time unattended. Causing me to be billed a huge amount for phone calls. The ticket that was raised 2 months ago was just answered 2 days ago and again no solution and was pointed to laguna branch which does not provide a solution on making this transfer. So how long are going to reply to my complaint? another 2 months?
