To whom it may concern,
I would like to file a formal complaint against Converge ICT. As we are paying in full amount for almost 4 months. And yet, our problem (Intermittent Connection) is still unresolved. We tried calling them and they tried configuring to their end (network team) and even tried an on-site visit of their technician. All they are telling us that everything is normal from their end.
They are not doing anything to resolve our issue.

Comment I have the same issue with Intermittent Connection for months now. I would like to know if I can cancel my subscription even if I am still within the lock in period (3 more months left).
I am not satisfied and would like to transfer to a new provider which will give me what I pay for.
