Not allowed to upgrade - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeWe have been under debt review for the past 8 years and during this time we upgraded several times with the recent upgrades late last year and early this year. Now apparently we can't upgrade because it is law that people under debt review cannot upgrade but Vodacom allowed it for the past 8 years and we didn't skip 1 payment. We are extremely unhappy because we are not being treated fairly after we have always been loyal customers of Vodacom. Why did Vodacom break the law for the past 8 years?
