Paid The Installation Fee But Asked To Pay Again - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

We received the email regarding the payment of the installation fee AFTER A MONTH on June 28, 2020 and on June 29 we paid Php1632.00 (installation fee is being paid in installments) at the outlet at 7-eleven. They sent us an email that our payment has been received.

On July 7, we received an email saying that we were on step 6 and said that we should proceed to make the initial payment AGAIN.

The agent that we filed the application form with said that maybe it was just a glitch in the system however I am still worried that it might be cancelled. Especially because we waited for a whole MONTH for the new wifi to be installed

Please answer if we need to make payment again
