Missing Bed - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought a Sealy Tivoli 183cm ( King) Firm Bed Set online on the 11th of July 2020, with order number: #800010122, and I have received no communication as yet on when will my bed be delivered except for the order confirmation. I can not get hold of anyone via telephone call, and the lines only ring. I need feedback on when my bed will be delivered, otherwise I need a refund.
