No notification - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Good day!

We are expecting a parcel sometime last August 2020 from Manila. It was only recently that we came to know that it was for pick up. We were not even notified that we have a pending parcel although we frequently visit LBC and our offices are located only across the street. We badly need said document as it is very important. Unlike any other couriers, does your system does not include program which notifies receivers if they will have a parcel to pick up or notify the sender if the parcel shipped was not yet picked up? Awaiting for a response. Thanks!
