* promised instl takes 3-10 udays due to low manpower,

1. pumila na po ako sa converge office in calamba twice , and was told since covid installation will be within 30days from payment date.

2. contacted cus service multiple times, was informed that ticket has been created to expedite installation,

3. email sent - no response.

if hindi mainstall dapat di kayo naningil ng upfront payment, i am counting on the days na nasayang and weeks na tagged ako by my company indefinite leave since hindi makapag work from home because of you guys,
please.. kunti namang justification and update, you’re being inhumane..

may line kayo at poste like literally 10 steps from my home obvious na nklagay converge tapos di parin mainstall? sobra nman po ginawa niyo.

I will be filing formal complain this weekdays with the help of my classmate who is a lawyer specialized in labor. i will see you in court in due time and i’ll make sure you’ll pay me for what i’ve lost..
