Laptop insurance - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I have an account with bradlows nelspruit. Took in a laptop for repair as the battery busted and the charging point not working. Filed a complaint and took it in in December. Got no feedback up until I went to the shop mid March to be told that they received a feedback in February that it can't be fixed and the insurance will or must give me a new one.

Well, I asked why I wasn't contacted... No legit reason. Last Tuesday I waited an hour for "forms" that I must fill in for the insurance claim. And apparently no upto date forms were sent to the nelspruit branch... Decided to live and attend to a meeting... Returned again after an hour still no papers/forms. Went there again today still no forms to fill in... Was told a long story thst I'm not interested in... I just need my laptop back

So what does one do now?
