Parcel still not delivered after a month - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Dear LBC Team,

We really hope that you guys can resolve this issue ASAP. The parcel under tracking number 173265118692 remains with your internal mail after more than a month. Below are our issues:
1. There is a mobile number indicated in the slip but no one actually bothered contacting us about any issue on the delivery.
2. We called LBC greenbelt 1 branch and were told that we need to pay again for us to retrieve the parcel? WHY??? LBC should have returned the parcel to us when they failed to deliver this on time.
3. We were told that the addressee is not known in the area. We find this hard to believe since the contact person is the school principal.
4. We sent an email to your customer care twice already but no reply from LBC to date.
5. The parcel is very important. The client has been complaining about the delay. So we hope that LBC can resolve this issue ASAP.
