CTM Groblersdal (The Store is not fit to operate) - Consumer Complaint for CTM Head Office

The store doesn't have a Supervisor, Manager's working station is out the Store, there's is no supervision of the sales personnel, Management turning a blind eye on the store cameras & allowing sales personnel to use their own Bakkies & Trucks for Deliveries. Community members denied an opportunity to make deliveries. Customers daily robbed on the counter in order to collect unreasonable Transport costs. Perhaps an audit on the transport cost should be engaged.
