I applied fo a plan of 1500 which is 25mbps last June 5, 2020 and the process of waiting for an account is way too long it took over 1mo. but then I try to be patient and wait I paid for it last July 11, 2020 but until now there is no one from anyone of you that I called I even went to your branch at Trece Martires but no one installes it until now! What I need is for you to installed it because Im gonna use it for my job. When will you installed it?
