Hi i called your #77777 4:45 pm today to place a delivery, we tried doing it via facebook, and was told we will receive a call from shakeys. After a few minutes not receiving any call we chose to call your hotline.

Jonalyn was your customer service or agent who picked up my call, i informed her that i would want to place an order and to check if there was an existing order under my sister, upon checking she said there was and we should wait for the call, i told her we no longer want to wait for the call that why we decided to call your hotline instead, she was insisting for me to place the call down and wait for the call from shakeys. I already got annoyed and asked can you or can you not take my order kase kung ayaw mo sabihin mo maghahanap na lang ako ng ibang pwede mag pag orderan she drop our the call..

you have lousy staff, you dont want to take our orders, its okay. pero wag niyo babaan ang customer niyo.
