Hi I placed a order but it didn't go through but the payment was taken from my bank account. I sent so many emails and made many calls last night for my refund and no one has called me to have this sorted out, such poor service from the staff and the managers
I'm close to moving to uber eats after receiving such pathetic services, how can money be taken off my account with no order. Please assist urgently,and refund me or else further escalations will be taken.
