Hi I placed a order but it didn't go through but the payment was taken from my bank account. I sent so many emails and made many calls last night for my refund and no one has called me to have this sorted out, such poor service from the staff and the managers
I'm close to moving to uber eats after receiving such pathetic services, how can money be taken off my account with no order. Please assist urgently,and refund me or else further escalations will be taken.

Yesterday I ordered my food, KFC with my Mr D elivery app, when the driver came I just took my food, only to find out this morning that it was wrong, I didn't order wrt they brought to me...bad service indeed, I'm so disappointed really, I think I should cancel my card n use cash rather, poor service, poor service n poor service

Firstly the driver had not been smart enough to look for my store number. Hence the cancellation of my order.

Shortly after when I tried to contact the driver and call centre in order to find out where I can collect my order from myself, I was kept on being advised that they cant refund me. I had never asked for a refund. I was prepared to collect items that are legally mine. Instead Mr delivery seems to have taken ownership of my order and not allowed me the opportunity to retrieve it.

I am absolutely irated. Yesterday, my daughter ordered McDonalds and the Driver took forever to come to the door and insisted that I should come to the road to collect my order in the rain. He argued and told me that it is the rule and that he is not going to get wet. He had a terrible attitude and by the time the food got to my daughter, it was already cold. I have actually deleted the Mr Delivery App from my handset and will not be using it again.

I ordered Chicken licken ao I accidentally put the wrong address I spoke to the driver online chats letting him know I also sent an email but they said the driver can not deliver at my address nor I won't be able to pick up my order at the store with no refund am not happy with this help. they did not have this on the app so I paid for something that I cant even enjoy.i will also report on Hellopeter

I have filled 3 different complaints regarding this matter and not one agent has gotten back to me.
I placed an order on Mr Delivery for Romans Pizza on 27 Dec 2020. The debt order went off, but the screen did not go back to where I need to track my food/driver. I got no food. The amount was cleared in my account 29 Dec 2020. I NEVER GOT MY ORDER!!!!!! I want a refund!!!!!

I placed an order at chicken licked around past 5pm and the driver cancelled the order around past 7pm telling us that we are too far. We then called mr delivery and they told us to place another order of which we did and we were going to pick it up. When we got to chicken lichen we were told that they were offline and we called me delivery again and they advised us to loot at a different restaurant which we did. And only to find out that the recommended restaurant was also offline. And that was now past 9pm. We didn’t cook because we were placing an order. I was told that I don’t have a choice but to cook and they can only help us the next day.

What a huge inconvenience and waste of our time.

I phoned regarding a wrong order ,Two burgers not delivered. The person called Roxanne said she will refund me, I said I do not want the refund but the food as my kids are waiting for their food. Then she said the restaurant is off line.I asked her to phone me back. After 15 minutes I phoned again. Another female person answered , I explained the problem and she told me I was refunded and a coupon was issued. I told he that this is not what I wanted. I said my kids need their food. She dropped the phone. I called again, then Sizwe answered again I explained the problem. Meanwhile my wife called the restaurant who was very helpful and immediately gave attention to the problem. asked Sizwe to speak to the manager . , I held the line for 10 minutes and no manager. Your service is poor and your staff incompetent.I think it was the last tiome I used you and will also make sure my friend know of the poor service your staff gave me.

I have ordered Fishaways atleast 4/5 in the past 4months and the order is ALWAYS wrong.
Either they fry ALL the fish or grill ALL.
Why do you give us the option to select if no one is going to follow it?

I've let it go all the other times but I seriously couldn't do it today. I want mine fried.

This might seem small but it's inconsiderate to say the least. We have expectations when placing orders.

Every time I order with Mr Delivery something is wrong. Food missing from order, spilled sauces all over the food, driver wanting to stop by the gate for you to collect where as the accurate address was given.

You guys do not realise you messing up food brands because some people will think its an issue from the store.

Get your things in order.Worst person to irritate is a hungry person.

This is nonsense!

I agree @nomvelo. I had a terrible experience this evening. I feel the driver was very rude and argumentative. We are paying for a service . We do not deserve such unprofessional behaviour. They really need to improve on the drivers customer service skills. In fact I dont feel like using MR D again.

On the 01 Oct 2020. My daughter placed an order later on the driver called to tell her the choice of drink she ordered is not available so chose from the list they have her but they still brought the wrong drinks. Another called came in from the driver asking where exactly is our complex when we directed him he started throwing turntrams saying why didn't we order from the nearest outlet, before I could even answer him to let him know that the closest was not available online he had dropped the call. I felt so disrespected he was rude

So on the 28th of August I bought food from McD's and upon my delivery I had short nuggets in my box my cooldrinks were sappose to be sprite I was served Stoney my chips cold and I can go on and on I'm a loyal and weekly client but have stopped ordering from your services as I lodged the compliant on the day of delivery and to date no reply not even an apology
