Bad Service - Consumer Complaint for Mr Delivery
RECIPIENT
Mr DeliveryI phoned regarding a wrong order ,Two burgers not delivered. The person called Roxanne said she will refund me, I said I do not want the refund but the food as my kids are waiting for their food. Then she said the restaurant is off line.I asked her to phone me back. After 15 minutes I phoned again. Another female person answered , I explained the problem and she told me I was refunded and a coupon was issued. I told he that this is not what I wanted. I said my kids need their food. She dropped the phone. I called again, then Sizwe answered again I explained the problem. Meanwhile my wife called the restaurant who was very helpful and immediately gave attention to the problem. asked Sizwe to speak to the manager . , I held the line for 10 minutes and no manager. Your service is poor and your staff incompetent.I think it was the last tiome I used you and will also make sure my friend know of the poor service your staff gave me.
