I was not refunded my R66 - Consumer Complaint for Mr Delivery

I ordered at bafokeng on the second of November my order was cancelled than I asked for a refund. .I got an emails saying it would take 5-7 working and it's the 28th and I haven't received my refund .I am not happy with the service
