Reminder to respond to my issue - Consumer Complaint for Mr Delivery

Good day, I was promised that I would get feedback regarding my issue of food which where not delivered however money was deducted from my account. I don't know if you will be able to assist or shou I take the Metter up. You promised to get back to me in the next 2 working days but now it's been our a week now nothing have been said
