Hisense Smart TV that we bought is nothing Smart to rave about. We have been given the run around by Makro staff pertaining our TV for the last 2years. We sensing our TV back, it was supposedly repaired and yet a few days later this darn TV is still giving issues. It freezes while watching Netflix or YouTube. We even had our WiFi checked and used another brand TV to check and there were no issues at all. Clearly its the Hisense TV. I demand a refund ASAP or provide me with a different brand TV. I need my issues resolved today. I will be lodging a complaint against Hisense as well and make this complaint known on sns as well.ref#2697009
