Delay in Service - Consumer Complaint for Medeor Hospital

I was called by Medeor on 5th April informing that I have scheduled Appointment at 11:00 am on 6th for my Cardio Test. I reached the hospital but they had made me wait for 2 hours without any reasons. They had wasted my time even after saying that I am on Essential Services & currently on duty. Need to go out for work. But they still made me wait. The nurse made me go here & there for three times & finally she only told me to wait near by her working area. Everywhere this Covid 19 is going on I am scared to come to hospital but for test I had to come & they are making us wait so much. What if I can get infected by other patients. Kindly do take action against them.
