This is with regards to my appointment for my 4 months old baby with Dr dinesh cardiology today. I have taken appointment yesterday for Dr Dinesh after my appointment with Dr maya from the ground floor reception for today 7:15pm they told me it’s confirmed and even I received a call today afternoon also from 026900600 for confirming the appointment time again. But I haven’t received any message from hospital.
But When i came at 7:15pm today to visit doctor after getting the token and waiting almost 1 hr i got reply that theres no appointment in hospitals system and I can’t meet doctor. I took this appointment specifically due to an emergency referred by Dr maya regarding my babies one health issue on 29-05-2021. I requested again the reception to check if possible to meet doctor i travelled from murroor 31 came here with my wife and 4 months old baby for this. They simply saying theres no appointment and doctor won’t take any patients more.
I feel very disappointed by this attitude from the hospital staff they are not even bothered what is the circumstances the patient is in and wheres is the mistake happened. Just simply ignoring the running away from the responsibility.
I am no more interested to have a relationship with a hospital with such a rude and irresponsible attitude.

I was called by Medeor on 5th April informing that I have scheduled Appointment at 11:00 am on 6th for my Cardio Test. I reached the hospital but they had made me wait for 2 hours without any reasons. They had wasted my time even after saying that I am on Essential Services & currently on duty. Need to go out for work. But they still made me wait. The nurse made me go here & there for three times & finally she only told me to wait near by her working area. Everywhere this Covid 19 is going on I am scared to come to hospital but for test I had to come & they are making us wait so much. What if I can get infected by other patients. Kindly do take action against them.

This is my first experience in this hospital.i got hurt and got a bruise on my knee and it was a bleeding which cudnt able to stop .but kept me on waiting since two hours and not even bothered to see me ..then after a long time they have sent me to next counter after again half n hour wait and literally my husband shouted on the corridor then again they have not confirmed us about the appointment.very sad to say that we were like roaming here and there then finally I have asked one guy he told me to go to emergency then again they have told us to keep waiting ..just wanted to give my genuine feedback it was in professional and unethical..it’s a serious complaint and my worst experience with this hospital staff.i will never recommend this hospital as I got so much of harassment
