Mishandling of customers - Consumer Complaint for Medeor Hospital

This is my first experience in this hospital.i got hurt and got a bruise on my knee and it was a bleeding which cudnt able to stop .but kept me on waiting since two hours and not even bothered to see me ..then after a long time they have sent me to next counter after again half n hour wait and literally my husband shouted on the corridor then again they have not confirmed us about the appointment.very sad to say that we were like roaming here and there then finally I have asked one guy he told me to go to emergency then again they have told us to keep waiting ..just wanted to give my genuine feedback it was in professional and unethical..it’s a serious complaint and my worst experience with this hospital staff.i will never recommend this hospital as I got so much of harassment
