I applied last May 2020, paid installment fee and down payment worth 4500 last june, they installed my internet last July 30, 2020. Yet, until today August 22, 2020, i still dont have internet connection. I emailed them a lot of times, but still no action. My work is already affected as i am in work from home set up. I cannot installed other internet provider as they already have my money. And i am afraid that they will bill me for internet connection. I just want a refund instead if they cannot really fix it immediately.
My money is sleeping with them without interest, while i continue incurring cost due to their delays.
