NO RESOLUTION ON UPGRADE DISPUTE - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have been given the run around with VSP since February 2021 regarding an upgrade that was cancelled 2 days after agreeing to same as it was misleading on the sales call. The dispute has been communicated with various agents and no-one has come back to me with resolution herein, I am being pushed around and no outcomes of my call recording request has been received, no senior staff returns my calls and it appears that I am being lied to over and over when calling the customer care line by repeating myself to a point where I feel I am being taken for a ride. The invoices are now piling up and I am liable for payment taking into account that this is not even a contract I am able to have as I am under debt review which means due diligence were not followed through on when selling to consumers. The external party who has sold me the package names Home Mark does not return my calls and this is getting to a point where I need to refer this matter to the ombudsman and counsel for assistance.
