Uncanceled Subscription - Consumer Complaint for PLANET FITNESS - HEAD OFFICE

I purchased a subscription to Planet Fitness for my mother as a mother's day gift back in May of 2019.She stopped going during the pandemic and canceled the subscription (in person)back in March of 2020 aswell as calling the hq number to cancel the subscription and was told that it was infact canceled.But I noticed just recently as I was checking my bank statements that Planet Fitness has actively been taking money out of my acct. since March of last year(2020)even while the quarentine was in effect.I would like to ask that Planet Fitness 1. cancel my subscription and 2.refund me the monies that were taken out of my bank acct. without my knowledge or consent since March of 2020(during the quarentine).
