Unresolved Cellphone purchase - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head OfficeI purchased a cellphone through my Vodacom app on Vodabacks Store under the Black November adverts on the 12 November 2020. I made a card payment for this. I have not received any confirmation or communication whatsover from Vodacom, Everytime i tried calling i was taken from pillar to post ( Issues ranging from technical issues to escalation ) and i still have not received the phone or my money back. I am now turning this into a criminal case.I have proof of purchase from back statement.
