No assistance offered - - Consumer Complaint for Shakeys

We are currently here in ayala Vertis served by Cruz. She is busy with kitchen when we are the only dine in customer they have! They’d rather be talking to themselves than acquaint the clients about ongoing promo - available flavors and whatever offers there are. Are Take out orders more important cause there seem to be 3 people who’d rather be busy with 2 pizza orders than the 6- man client with me dining currently . Poor service - this will be my last time - POoR CUsTOMeR SeRVice
