To whom it may concern vodacom fibre has the most crappy service ever
I applied for fibre in Jan , there was a sales error by consultant and wrong routers was delivered
I also received the fee LTE router to use in the meantime which the allocation was taken away then I had to call several times to have this rectified which was a nightmare dealing with the call centre
Now my Fibre is still not installed as there constant confusion with the staff
I keep calling and each agent gives me different feedback
This is not how a loyal client of 11 years should be treated
Im on the verge of cancellation and ended my relationship with vodacom
