Vodacom - Head OfficeHi I'm fatima abdulla n I would like to file a complain about ur agent's my contract ended in September n I foned to cancel but it was not done so I foned on the 5th october 2020 n spoken to a agent he said my contract was not canceled n he gave me another option to take out a R149 for 10 gigs which he insist me taking out n after a few days i fone to cancel that contract which is 2 numbers on n the contract now I'm still foning them n nothing is resolved as yet I'm very disappointed with the agent's they r not helpful at all infect they escalating the issue which nothing is sorted out n I'm not goin to pay for the account if not sorted out thank u
