Laybye - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Good day was in store on the 2nd july to do a laybye cancelation ....i was told it will take 7-14 days to do the refund an money will be deposit in my account its the 21st july an im still waiting ....how much longer do i still have to wait .
