Nothing after 8 weeks - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I cancelled a Black Friday special within the 14 days allowed in December 2020.
The device still hasn't been picked up.
I am being passed around from Customer care to Cancellations to Rewards.
I've made 6 calls over the last 8 weeks, from my cell - 0828543268 and received only two reference numbers:
1-3491 6599 5362 08
1-3491 6604 9075 97

In the meantime I have been debited 3x times for this contract that was cancelled within the time given.

What else can I do?

I have been a customer for 23 years!!!

I am Ron Gribnitz and am also having major problems with Vodacom contract cancellations. A never ending problem. always sent from pillar to post.

Look at all the similar complaints
1) 11 March 2021. 2 people with similar problems.
2) 10 March 2021. 2 people with similar problems.

There are probably only two things here:
A) Incompetent personal. Not only one person; but the whole bunch. Because I have phone many many times over the past 3 to 4 months to resolve my end of contract cancelation.
B) Big corporation syndrome; don't care about us who pay their salaries.

PS: I have also been a vodacom (they v in Vodacom does not deserve to be in a capitol letter) client for over 15 years. This means absolutely nothing to them!!!!!!
