Poor Service (Didn't practiced utmost diligence) - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I made transaction with LBC-Dumaguete Real Branch last October 3, 2020 expecting that the package will be delivered on expected date which is on or before October 15, 2020 (1 to 2 weeks from the first transaction date whom the LBC personnel made clear to me).

LBC has established a reputation in terms of delivery services that's why I trusted them. However, as I continuously checked the route of the package it was sent to Tacloban when in fact it should be in Cebu City. As a customer, I paid and trusted the company to deliver the items safely and on time. Sad to say they failed. I hope that the company will take actions to this negligence.
