I would like to raise a complaint on J&T. With tracking number 780767915129.
Been waiting for the item to be delivered since yesterday since per Shopee app it is out for delivery. However, i did not received any call from the rider, instead i received a text requesting for resched since i am unavailable but that is not true. I am at home all day waiting for the delivery.. And today same thing happened, received a text that the item will be returned to sender since i am not available which is again not true.. My son is frustrated to received the item as i promised him it will arrived today but to our disappoinment it did not. What a lousy service from J&T. I already paid the item online so it will be a smooth transaction but sadly it didn't.And i have to comfort my son for this unreasonable issue.
