Exchange process ongoing for months - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought two single beds during December 2019 and were then delivered in January 2020.the beds were of horrible standard and already had sink holes by April 2020. However due to the lock down I could only attend to the matter in December 2020.In January of 2021 I went in store and asked for an exchange. I now have been given the run around every time I ask about the process. As I write this complaint I was told that the new beds would be delivered on Tuesday, then on Wednesday and today (27th May) when I called to ask, I am being told that they will be delivered next week because I am not the only customer they have and their delivery person cannot be found. I also asked to speak to a manager and was told that the manager was to busy and cannot attend to complaints.
Each and every encounter with the store and its employees has left a bitter taste in my mouth as the rudeness and nonchalant attitude is utmost unnecessary.
My hope for this complaint is that it helps me with procuring the beds in a fashionable time frame.
