I need my service or just refund my money!!! - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Hi my name is fidel I applied for internet connection with Converge last May2020 and paid last May2020 but its already August2020 they still did not install my connection. Numerous efforts were made but they do not respond and just transfer me from one department to another!! Can you please just refund my money! I dont want to deal with the company na pahihirapan lang ako kahit na bayad ako!
