Delivery Issues - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

J&T texted me that my parcel will arrive today. But unfortunately, my parcel was not picked up by this rider Xython Caballero because he has some other packages to deliver. Feels like my parcel was not prioritised even if it should be delivered today.
