Your services was cut since Typhoon Quinta (Oct. 25, 2020). It was resumed December 2, 2020 in our area. It means that no internet services for the whole month of November, but you are collecting for the unused services as it appears on SOA.
Another one is the payment I made through paymaya. I seems that it is not recorded. Still appears in the SOA.
