on the 24 of April 2021 we bought a lounge suit cash for R35.000 at Bradlows Northam,The sales person was vey nice to us with good customer care but the Manager she has no customer care bought good for cash but there was no gift.
We were told that the goods will be deliver on Monday but on Monday we receive a call that the goods will be delivered on Tuesday the team indeed arrive on to deliver the goods.
On Thursday we discovered that one of couch was not properly assembled then we lodge a complain the sales person came to our house to investigate the issue we are complaining about and she realise that she can not do anything and told us the the team assebled the couch will come back to fix the problem untill today no one has come to fix the problem on the couch.
