The mail reflected below, sums the frustration I have with Vodacom. Since 01/08/2021 I have NO contract with vodacom , but still receive monthly statement, threads to blacklisting and blocking service even though I have pay as you go credit. I have communicated with various personnel/robots?? at the various E/mail addresses, to no avail - see below and also the uploaded mails

Thank you for the cancellation of the never agreed to Data no 0662665600. I noticed that the arrears amount of R1148.87 for the period 07/02/2020, were reversed(I was credited with the amount)
and that I own Vodacom nothing for the said period– thank you !
This morning – 04/08/2020 an outgoing call bar has been activated with reference an alleged arrears of R384.15 ??
There is obviously no communication between the various Vadacom Dept, and I request that you please rectify this oversight, credit my account with R384.15 and have the bar on outgoing calls removed.
As previously agreed, any verbal /written agreement that I had with Vodacom, terminated on 31/07/2020 , I keep my no – 0795167016 and buy airtime when needed

I have a complaint regarding the poor service at Vodacom Vredenburg Mall
I was contacted by a staff member regarding a new phone and that my contract would also be cheaper and was promised that the new phone would be delivered the following week, I am still waiting and when I made enquiries I was told that it has been cancelled

Big Bully Vodacom has now removed my Cell no that I had for 10 years from the system and can no longer receive or make calls !! - Can you believe this shit - I still have credit on my pay as you go but cannot utilize my paid for credit because the criminals at Vodacom doesn't make enough money they still need to steal from the poor as well - Name and shame please

Vodacom is realy worth nothing with staff that do not know their work.
I got a journalist friend so if you don't provide me what you PROMISE me as a client after 23 years
I will let the world read about this story
Uptil NOW nobody phoned me
So i will wait until Thursday and then with all my info going to the newspapers.
