LBC - Head OfficeDecember 2 night I give my SPA document to your staff without explaining to me and tell me the truth because I need my document to send urgent but one of your staff told me that they have their schedule today and he offer me the regular fee instead of express he told me the same they receive my document for 7days so did not pay the express payment because he told me that the same December 8,, 2020 I went to your office to follow my document and one of your staff told me that my document is already in the philippines I ask my sister to check again and she told me she check the tracking# Is still in Jeddah yesterday dec 13 I went there to follow up again in the staff told me that there is a problem between the dispatcher in the philippines in here in Jeddah there is a cancellation of flight a lot of liar history my point is why he didn't tell me the truth so I will make another action because the time is running and this is not a joke and now again your staff told me that yesterday evening there is a schedule of flight again and your staff assured me that today my document arrived in the philippines I ask to your staff that dont liar to me and tell me the truth because my document is very important and they need urgent to receive my document that's why I sent it a head of time now my sister told me my document is still in Jeddah in I check also for my self I call your staff for his celphone number he give it to I'll try to call many time unportunately did not answer my call I call and I send message to his wattsup still not answering really I'm really really disappointed for this happen my document is pending until now in they need this urgent I will go to your office again to get my document in will make a complain to the higher authority because really this is not a joke I waste my time for nothing this is not right and this is not really acceptable...
