BAD BAD SERVICES
March 29 2021 I went to Vodacom Key West and were assisted by a so called " senior" Robin. I informed Robin that on 23 April 2021 at noon that my 079 must be discontinued and that I need a new number. I selected a 067 number and Robin confirmed that the process is correct .
23 April at noon my business line 076 were disconnected and replaced by the 067 number I went to the store and spoke to the store manager Tshepo at 12:45 and he assured me that the problem will be sorted out in the next 15 min.
At 15:45 I have heard nothing from Tshepo and when I phoned him his response were " I am busy I will sort it out later. I told Tshepo that I am losing business . response, you must wait, you people think we must jump when you have issues.
Saturday 24 April at 11:45 I phoned Tshepo again and response , I am still waiting. and he refused to give me the franchise owners number , saying that " the owner does not speak to people like you "
Monday 26 April ( 3 days of losing business ) I contacted Tshepo again , response, the owner of the franchise and the CEO is dealing with the problem and he will get back to us before close of business.
Tuesday 27 April still no feedback and still losing business.
Tshepo the master of deceiving and lying,, INTEGRITY ????? well there is nothing
Vodacom Key West have a serious problem with honesty , commitment, customer services and INTEGRITY
A lot of complaints against the store , maybe that owner that does not speak to people like my should clean house and get staff that's competent to do their work
