The above contract was cancelled in April 2020 as this contract expired I did not renew the contract. The cancellation was done telephonically by Lita in your customer care department. The following numbers expired in February 2020 which I also did not renew: 0662061900 and 0662213715.

Lita however failed to cancel the contract due to the system being down. This is a bad conscience over his responsibility. To date I’m still being billed for a service I firstly cancelled and secondly not utilizing. This number uses pre paid data and airtime.

This number has now been suspended twice in 2 months. None of your consultants can up to date not assist in resolving this issue. After many calls to your accounts department the issue is not resolved.

I have requested the voice recording that I agreed to extend the contract, to this day I still haven’t received any such evidence.

I have been to a Vodacom shop for assistance in this matter but that was fruitless as there is no direct number for this agent to contact head office.

In August the line got suspended due to non payment for a contract that was cancelled. After spending many many hours trying to resolve this issue I finally got hold of your supervisor Josiah that promised to reconnect the line within 2 hours and that he will finally rectify the problem. Reconnection took place 3 days thereafter.
On the 19th of August 2020 I got a Sms notification from Vodacom that ref no: 1-34760184151295 has been closed. To me that meant the case was dealt with and that Vodacom has cancelled the contract which Lita was supposed to do in April and he still hasn’t done so to date.
In September the line got suspended again and your supervisor Thabisa was contacted to resolve this issue but this time the line got suspended for 5 days. Please bear in mind this is a business phone and due to Vodacom’s incompetence I have lost revenue.

This entire experience has been disappointing and extremely unpleasant. I therefore request that this matter be resolved with immediate effect to avoid another suspension of the line.

I would appreciate your urgent assistance. Please furnish me with a reference number to this cancellation of the expired contract.

The cellphone service has once again been suspended since 26/10/2020 and I have logged 15 calls for the supervisor/ team leader to contact me back since last Wednesday being 28/10/2020. None of the call center agents are in any position to rectify this problem. I have sent this email to Vodacom since 15/10/20 everyday with no reply or acknowledgement.
