MISSING PARCEL - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I shipped 2 parcels from Taguig going to sorsogon last April 17 and both arrived at Legaspi Branch last April 18. Unfortunately, only 1 parcel arrived at sorsogon. Been calling and sending follow ups with customer service and the only status they can provide is that it is still for verification, that they are still tracking the whereabouts of the items until yesterday that they informed me that it is already declared as lost. I have already informed the customer servive that WE WILL NOT ACCEPT REFUND. WE WANT THE PARCEL RETRIEVED. I have here photos of the parcels and copy of receipt. We are hoping that you do necessary actions for this. We are hoping for an update within 24 hours or else will escalate this to media. Attached is the photo of box that is missing.
