Cashwagon collection harassment - Consumer Complaint for Cashwagon Philippines

Just had a settlement with 3rd agent caller to reschedule my payment, but still got a follow up call for the 5th time. Its like they are not really documenting every client call and my worry is that I might pay a penalty fee in the end.
