Damaged furniture - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought a dining room suit for R19 000 at Bradlows Fochville in November 2019 where by sometimes in February 2020 my wife noticed that the chairs are cracking. We reported the matter over and over without the necessary help to collect and replace. Out of sturdiness I again bought a Sienba bedroom suid where the head board is like and might cause injuries to me and my wife as we are sitting with the risk of sustaining injuries due to Bradlows negligence. I am so disappointed that I am prepared to return all 3 items bought and to take my money elsewhere where my needs as a customer will be acknowledged. What Bradlows is doing you will constantly receive calls from an 021 number which I think is a call centre somewhere in Cape town and when u fo follow ups you get a different person.i have reach a point where I have decided that on Friday 31 July 2020 I am returning all your goods for a refund I really cant take it anymore. I gave soend around R40 000 for a disservice which is unacceptable and a serious non conformance from a business like Bradlows.
