No one texted me - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Good day!
I just want to say that i am very disappointed to the staff of lbc robinsons big R branch..
Reasons:
My cheque that send to me from the office stays 1 week in that branch no one texted me that the cheque is already there so i can pick it up.. I follow up it on August 19,2020 they said that they will just texted me once it was there and then August 24,2020 i initiate to came in that branch and then they said August 17,2020 the cheque was already there so i ask why no one texted me? they answer me "HINDI PA PO KC YAN MAM NA SCAN" wat does it mean?.. I am so annoyed today because the cheque that i expected to encash is expired today August 25,2020..and it was cancelled by the bank.. If they only texted me upon receiving that document maybe I encash that cheque
.They should prioritize that kind of document, I am so dissapointed very disappointed..
