Internet was down since 1:00am today in the middle of my wife’s on-line class at Harvard Business School. Can you please attend immediately, since we have encountered the same problem with Sky Cable and hoping that this will not occur with you. In addition, we have observed that from midnight, we either don’t have internet connection or very low and intermittent connection. Can you make the necessary billing adjustment by not charging us the monthly fee? Your landline cannot be contacted, why? Can you not attend to all the complaints?
