Debit order for unknown service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have a debit order for R213.99 coming off my business account monthly. As far as I am aware I receive NO services from Vodacom as I have ported all the Vodacom contract to MTN (due to high data costs and very poor customer service).
Nobody is able to tell we what this debit is for or which number it related to. I have now stopped the debit order until an explanation is forthcoming. Please can somebody assist? I cannot spend more hours trying to resolve this.
Bank account ino Naboo Investments 10CC.
