Vodacom - Head OfficeI want an urgent call from the manager to explain to me why can't the client services agent assist with my query!! U guys are being like rogues..please get a manager to call and assist with my query before I take this up further.. U staff are really unprofessional. U guys debit me without my knowledge and then ul charge me for the debit!!! Please call me to rectify this before COB today
